SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY INFORMATION
The Massachusetts Sex
Offender Registry Board is responsible for keeping track of convicted sex
offenders. Offenders are classified by
level. Levels are based on risk of the
subject repeating their offense and the level of dangerousness they present to
the community. Level 1 offenders are
judged to have a low likelihood of repeating, while level 3 offenders have a
significant likelihood of repeating.
