REACH is a comprehensive domestic violence service agency serving 6,000 people a year through a combination of intervention and prevention services. Our shelter, 24-hour hotline, and community-based support services provide domestic violence survivors with the help they need to achieve permanent safety and independence.

Offers a 24/7 toll-free, multilingual domestic violence hotline that provides supportive listening, safety planning, information and referrals to local domestic violence and community-based services, and access to emergency shelters statewide.

HUGS Foxboro is committed to making our community safer by educating the public regarding relationship violence and by providing non-emergency assistance to victims and families affected by domestic violence. Working in collaboration with the Foxboro Police Department and Foxboro Council on Aging and Human Services to help victims of domestic violence.

The District Attorney’s Officer maintains a Special Victims Unit and has designated a special telephone exchange for the reporting of rapes available twenty-four hours per day and publicizes that number and information pertaining to the existence and service of the unit.
