Sergeant David Foscaldo received a commendation for Excellence in Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training from the Norfolk County CIT Training and Technical Assistance Center. Sgt. Foscaldo was recognized for his outstanding compassion, patience, and de-escalation abilities.
Sgt. Foscaldo is one of many officers within the Foxborough Police Department who have completed the 40 hour CIT Training.
